Position
Information

Firstly, add the name, description, affiliated department, category (e.g., sales and marketing), position language, the person responsible for the position and if available, an instructional video for the position you are creating.

Create Position Steps

You need to enter the steps of the interview you are creating. At this stage, you can choose to benefit from Vinter's library, which includes Personality, Technical, Competency, Cognitive and Foreign Language tests with over 1000 questions and more than 100 job listings.

Alternatively, you can manually add tests.

The questions you manually add consist of three types: multiple-choice, open-ended and video-based.

Review & Configure

After creating the position and steps, you can set the duration for each interview, preview it and then publish the interview.

INVITE THE
CANDIDATE!

After filling in the necessary sections such as creating departments and positions in Vinter, the relevant position is selected and the candidate is invited to Vinter with their email address.

The invited candidate logs into Vinter through the link sent to their email address and begins solving the asynchronous interview assigned to them.

CANDIDATE'S EXAM COMPLETION
AND ANALYSIS DOCUMENT

After completing the assigned interviews, the candidate submits their responses to the recruitment manager. Thanks to Vinter's AI technology, approximately 15 minutes after the candidate completes the interview, Vinter scores and evaluates the candidate's interview.

As a result, Vinter provides a candidate analysis output. This output greatly benefits recruitment managers. Key data points include a score derived from the interview, personality inventory test analysis (OCEAN), competency test analysis, whether the candidate attempted to cheat, the type of device used to access the interview and Foreign Language test analysis (writing, listening, reading, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation)
