For example, we can combine an assessment to test teamwork skills with another to assess problem-solving abilities. The goal of our AI assessments is to provide an unbiased, fair, structured and user-friendly way to screen many candidates more quickly and at a lower cost than human-managed interviews. In addition to this score, it provides an "Candidate Assessment Report" output. Recruitment professionals can rely on this report or combine it with their own assessments. If employers wish to trust Vinter's decision and proceed, they can complete the interview process by clicking the "Trust Vinter" button.

After the candidate completes the asynchronous interview you sent them, Vinter prepares a document for recruitment specialists within a few minutes.

This document includes a general interpretation of the candidate's technical skills, competence, English proficiency, personality and cognitive test results. It assesses points such as the likelihood of cheating, detection of the device used for interviews, candidate verification, voice analysis and facial impression.

 

As a result of this assessment, Vinter assigns a score to the candidate. In the scoring process, you can click the "Trust Vinter" button and rely on Vinter's technology. Alternatively, you can manually score the candidate's exams and be the decision-maker instead of relying on Vinter.

Every hiring process carries the risk of systematically favoring certain characteristics unrelated to job competencies or discriminating against specific groups. With our Vinter AI systems, we can accurately detect, prevent or mitigate any bias. Throughout the development, testing and monitoring stages of AI assessments, we always adhere to legal guidelines. When designing AI-based assessments, we can minimize data points that lead to bias and adjust weights to provide proportional outcomes for all relevant groups.

Consistency


Recruiters may have different hiring preferences based on their past experiences. Evaluations made by the same interviewer may vary depending on circumstances, such as the time of day, of which the interviewer may be unaware. A candidate can be 'lucky' or 'unlucky' based on who happens to interview them and when. These differences in recruiter preferences can lead to significant variations in results for candidates with exactly the same competencies. Unlike interviews conducted by humans, our AI models are completely consistent across candidate pools. All candidates are asked the same questions and have the same opportunity to answer them. Their answers are evaluated and scored by the algorithm according to the same tests. Our system eliminates the risk of a particular recruiter scoring a candidate well or poorly based on personal preferences unrelated to job competency.

Without the need to participate in an interview at a specific time or place candidates can record their responses to Vinter's interview questions at their convenience using a computer, tablet, or phone. Similarly, recruiters can review and compare candidates' interviews at any time. Allowing candidates to undertake video interviews at their preferred time enables the hiring organization to consider a broader pool of applicants, some of whom might be excluded due to the inability to attend a particular interview slot (for example, due to other work or care commitments). Additionally, for candidates in need of special accommodations for equal access, our system is set up to have well-defined alternative assessments for various individuals.
