Vinter's testing library includes predefined questions and assessment tools designed to evaluate various aspects of candidates during the recruitment process.
Budget and Reporting Specialist
This question list is designed to assess the competencies of candidates for the Budget and Reporting Specialist position. The candidate's knowledge of functions in Excel, understanding of the connections between financial statements, analytical thinking skills in budget preparation, the concept of variable budget, calculations of financial indicators, experience in using financial software and knowledge of cost types were intended to be measured. The questions aim to assess the candidate's financial analysis skills, knowledge and skills in budget preparation and reporting processes, how he/she interprets financial data, how he/she follows the methods and steps in the budget process, how he/she performs the calculations of financial indicators.

The B1 Pronunciation test is a test designed to measure pronunciation competence. This test transparently assesses candidates' pronunciation competence in line with the factors that affect pronunciation assessment. The test consists of a single stage. A reading text is directed to the candidate and the candidate is expected to read the text. The test aims to accurately reflect the candidate's knowledge of pronunciation.
B2 Level English Language Assessment Test
The test, which was created to measure the B2 level, was meticulously designed with inspiration from Weir's socio-cognitive model, the communicative approach and the CEFR's B2 level descriptors. The test assesses language candidates' basic grammar, vocabulary, reading and listening skills. The test consists of four main sections: Grammar and Vocabulary, Reading, Listening and Writing. Each section aims to accurately reflect the language competencies needed to be successful in everyday communication and to understand key terms used in the workplace.
Training Specialist
This question list aims to assess the competencies of candidates for the position of Training Specialist. It is aimed to evaluate the candidate's experience in using training measurement and evaluation methods, skills in training needs analysis processes, ability to measure models and techniques used in training design and implementation, experience in providing training on leadership and behavioral training, ability to use educational technologies effectively, use of MS Office applications in training. This question list aims to assess the general abilities of a Cloud Engineer candidate. This question list measures a ReactJS Developer candidate's ability to understand the lifecycle of React components, develop performance optimization strategies, scalability and security to meet the requirements of SaaS applications. It also aims to evaluate skills such as Redux's contributions to state management, understanding the concept of React Hook, the ability to choose between state management libraries, error management strategies and ErrorBoundary usage, mastery of clean code principles, mastery of component concepts.

These five factors are a comprehensive model used to understand individuals' behaviors, thoughts and emotional reactions. Goldberg's 50-question personality test is designed to determine how individuals rank according to these five factors.

IPIP 120 is a psychometric test developed to measure personality traits. These five main factors are divided into 30 sub-categories in total and are used to gain a more detailed understanding of individuals' behaviors and mindsets.
